Some customers frequently encounter demanding site conditions or have special requirements during construction, necessitating pile driving at the edge of buildings, far from boundaries. Current static pile drivers, due to their inherent structure or construction methods, cannot meet the demands of driving special edge piles. It automatically locates its position, operating robustly and efficiently at the edge, without requiring additional complex auxiliary equipment or adjustments. This saves construction time and costs, greatly improving construction efficiency and providing greater support for projects in the Maldives.

4.Customer inspection confirms quality

Before shipping the equipment, our Maldivian customer visited our factory to inspect the machine. They conducted a comprehensive and meticulous inspection and testing of the VY368A static pile driver. From the machine's exterior, the customer checked its cleanliness, appearance, and for any defects; to the internal assembly of components, they inspected the tightness and accuracy of each assembly; finally, we conducted an actual pile-driving test using concrete piles to check the smoothness and normality of the machine's start-up, operation, and braking processes, confirming that all parameters met design requirements. Following the inspection, the customer was very satisfied with the overall performance and quality of the machine. This successful inspection further strengthened the customer's confidence in our product quality and laid the foundation for long-term cooperation between the two parties.
